Over the weekend, FR broke the story about the newspaper pool reporter who was detained in a closet for a total of about two hours so he could not talk to attendees at a Joe Biden fundraiser.
Other sites picked up the story, it went super-viral on the 'net, and now has become so big ABC and FOX both covered the story.
At ABC, WNT covered the story with Jake Tapper last night, and this morning, this little jewel ran on GMA.
The FR-inspired story also ran in traditional newspapers, such as the NY Post, NY Daily News, Times of India, London Daily Mail, and others.
Watch the linked TV story. It is great. Makes Biden's people look like putzes.
More importantly, it proves that at FR, WE ARE THE REAL MEDIA EVERYONE IS FOLLOWING!
Thank you JR. Did you ever have any idea what you birthed!?!?

I would have made it a point to take a pee in the corner of said closet, and point this fact out to everyone after the fact. Maybe post some “biohadard” signs!

No- They would have let him leave the premises if he had made that choice. But then he would not get the report he wanted.
So they are basically saying if you want a report then wait here. It is still creepy.

Don’t even suggest it. FEMA, OSHA and the EPA would be here for 18 months!

Joe said he was merely trying to prevent a reporter from ruining his career by coming out of the closet.

I dint realize FR did independent reporting. Many times FR has been the source of a story the MSM had to eventually cover. Rathergate is a prime example.
