The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.
The text of the Act is broad and is addressed at any attempt of a US citizen to conduct foreign relations without authority. However, there is no record of any convictions or even prosecutions under the Logan Act.[1][2] However, one possible exception may be the Clinton White House which was fined $300,000.
Then Senator Barack Obama directly interfered with the politics of Kenya in a way that usurped US foreign policy.
This is the hope and change that Obama promises to America: racial/ethnic balkanisation, demographic warfare, and violence, just like Kenya.
Below; Obama works his neocolonial magic on supporters of Odinga and the Orange Party in Kenya in 2006.

True. So what exactly did Obama negotiate with the Kenyan government?
Then Senator Barack Obama directly interfered with the politics of Kenya in a way that usurped US foreign policy.
That is simply not true, and your photograph proves nothing. Just because he went to Kenya, and just because he gave a couple boilerplate speaches on economic development, doesn't mean he interfered in their politics.
Can you name a single elected official or prosecutor who has accused Obama of doing this?
