Reasonable to whom? If there is such a iron clad case to claim that Obama was born in Hawaii then why would he send lawyers to try and prevent discovery from being granted and the case to be heard?

Besides even if Obama was born in Hawaii the case should be heard as to whether he is eligible being that he was born with dual citizenship.
