One error in Trump’s interview — I believe the birth notice was published in a Honolulu newspaper not one in Houston. There have been photos of the announcement posted previously hear on FR. However, Trump is right that anyone could have put the notice in the paper.

Yeah, Houston, Honolulu easily confusing, they share many of the same letters. No copy of the actual newspaper has been found. What is posted on the Internet is from microfiche which may have been manipulated. The exact process for reporting births in the newspaper in 1961 has not been proved to my satisfaction. It's an open question, and as “proof” it is useless. “I saw it in the newspaper”, so what?
