and you are also totally wrong on the “every other national political figure” not comming forth with there opinion. Where have you been? All have been written, all have received calls. ALL REPUBLICANS in Congress (except DeMint maybe) have REFUSED to take this on. That includes West.

You're the one who made the charge. It's your job to back it up. I told you that "as far as I recall", she hadn't taken a position on it.
So, she said that, "it's a distraction." Alright. That's not taking a definitive position on the matter, one way or another.
All that says to me, is, like most people in America, she's got to look over the evidence of Obama's eligibility (such as it is) and come to some sort of conclusion about what's going on there, based on what she sees.
Obama hasn't exactly made that real easy for anyone, now has he? Who knows how many roadblocks and dead ends even influential people have run into, while trying to find out the truth about Obama's bona fides? Who knows how hard any of them have even looked? I can also guarantee you that most high profile political personalities don't spend the sort of time learning about these things (at places like FR) as we do. I'll bet that most of them aren't a tenth as informed about all this, as your average Freeper is.
If I'm going to find fault with anyone in the public eye for not digging into this issue, it's those in the media, including those on the right. It's their job to become as well-informed as possible on things like this, and to put that data into public circulation. So far, they've failed miserably.

Indeed, although my guess is that Donald Trump also didn't spend the sort of time that we do, researching the bc issue. Someone boiled it all down for him, and got him to look at it. My guess is, he knows a bombshell when he sees one, and he ran with it to skewer Bozo, and to pump up his own notoriety.
Either way, it's a good thing for America.
