D. Blew the whole financial fiduciary duties. Went along with Greenspan and Fannie and let derivatives and bad mortgage lending blow out American’s wealth...(Please don’t cite B Frank...Bush had the executive branch and didn’t do squat).
There was one difference between Bush and Obama. That is on tax cuts but Obama went Bush on those.
So now the best thing you can say about Bush is that he was Obama lite.
Bush was also stupid like a rock and I apologize in advance to rocks.

Bush had his failings, and there is a certain amount of truth in all of the points you listed, but he certainly wasn't "the worst" president before Bozo. That title more rightfully belongs to Jimmy Carter.
And, for what it's worth, Bush repeatedly tried to get Congress to see that the CRA was going to destroy the banking industry, but was continually ignored by them. His warnings about this are on record.
