He doesn’t have to do it on a national show. He said there are things about the federal reserve he doesn’t agree with now but wasn’t specific. He only has to write an op-ed piece and it may get a lot of people off his back.

Watched Fox for news about this conference. Not a word about Herman Cain—nothing— all about Newt and others.

A black, male Sarah Palin. I would vote for this man in a heartbeat.

So would I but blacks (97% lib) and white libs wouldn't. Would independents? Perhaps.

...how will they be able to play the race card?

Easy. The same way they played it with Clarence Thomas.

I am 100% behind Cain for the nomination and I’m talking about him to everyone. He has very little name recognition right now but he’ll get there.

“I haven’t quite gotten it out of my brain yet, that he supported Romney in’08.”

So did I (not that it matters). There wasn’t much choice in 2008 - we had Romney, McCain, and Huckabee (in the first tier...the others never had a prayer). So, in that case, you pick the best of the three and hope to hell you don’t get stuck with a batch like that again.

I would just LOVE to see Cain against Hillary in 2012. It would be SWEET REVENGE after the way she treated Cain back in 1993 (or 94).

By the way, I don’t see Obama running for re-election, since he would have a really tough winning, and handing off to Hillary allows the election to NOT be a referendum on him...while still getting the same policies through. To the Dems, it doesn’t really matter too much who’s in charge, as long as the cause is advanced.

I was proud to vote for Herman Cain in 2004 when he ran for the Senate in GA agains’t RINO Johnny Isakson. Sadly he lost and We still have Johnny. A RINO to the end. Endlessly voting agains’t the best interests of Georgians. Maybe Herman will run for President and I will be proud to vote for him again.

Parents were

You understate Cain’s experience, intelligence and value while you over-state Palin’s.......btw.....who cares about his race?

I don't mean to understate Cain or overstate Palin. I like 'em both, and if I get either, I'm a happy camper. I only mention the black part because of the liberal race card angle... I'd kinda like them both on the same ticket.
