ACLU Attempting to Criminalize Christianity: ‘Communism is the Goal’
Catholic Lane ^ | 3/25/11 | J. Matt Barber

Although the case continues, on Monday the ACLU suffered a tremendous setback while freedom took a significant step forward. Federal District Court Judge M. Casey Rodgers granted in part a Preliminary Injunction in favor of Liberty Counsel’s twenty-four Christian clients.

Judge Rodgers concluded that even though “a preliminary injunction is an extraordinary and drastic remedy,” one aspect of the Consent Decree — its attempt to prohibit school employees from fully participating in private religious events — is so flawed that it must be immediately halted.

The Court thus enjoined the School Board “from enforcing any school policy that restrains in any way an employee’s participation in, or speech or conduct during, a private religious service, including baccalaureate” pending a trial on the merits.

I do not think most Americans have a clue how far these people want to go in restricting Christians. Share this link with everyone you know.

The aCLU has always been anti-America/anti-Christian. I don’t know how long it is going to take America to figure this out and do something about it.

Sadly my friend the problem is that America has turned its back on God. America has decided that the worldly things of life are more important. Church attendance is at an all time low. While many millions say they are "Christians", that is only a word to describe themselves as not being Jewish or Muzzies. They are not BELIEVERS. They do not believe in Jesus Christ as Paul says in 1 Cor. 15: 1-4. His Gospel of death, burial and RESURRECTION! Many church going people today say they have a hard time believing the resurrection part. Well, if you don't believe that, you are wasting your time. Because the Good Book is CLEAR about it. Thus, many millions of Americans are as lost as a box of rocks.

I’ll tell ya something. My Priest is the most Liberal guy I have ever had the displeasure of listening to. At least 1 out of four Sundays I want to get up and walk out.

I do not think the Catholic church knows who their friends are sometimes

You got an FSSP or indult parish near you?

Their homilies are a lot less aggravating.

I know people who drive 1 hour 20 minutes (EACH way) EVERY Sunday to attend Mass at a parish where the pastor is RC, not PC. Sometimes you need to do that to avoid Near Occasions of Sin. Please consider.

The ACLU is now and has long been rabidly anti-religion, specifically, anti-Christian. They have little to say about Islam, though.

We have three Catholic churches in our area and only one is what I would consider to be the true Catholic church. The good news is that it has four resident priests (all very conservtive and orthodox). The other three have only one liberal priest.

Every Sunday the pews in our church are filled and it is the only one that is opperating in the black. I have seen many parishioners from the other three now attending the conservative/orthodox one. We are located in Southern California in an upscale area, but the three liberal churches can barely stay open.

The other three can’t understand why they are loosing their parishioners, but you can be sure the Chancellor’s office is wondering why they are failing while the other one is doing well.

Actually you need not attend an FSSP or Latin Mass parish to get a good priest.

We have some . . . ah . . . problematic parishes in this neck of the woods, but we also have some wonderful ones.

Our parish only has a Latin Mass once a month (and we only sing the Ordinary) but it's a good orthodox parish and the priests are sensible men.

America turned its back on God in ‘73 with Roe v Wade. Almost two generations of sliding further into darkness. Time for another Great Awakening?

I don’t get to watch Beck much these days, but I caught him saying last night to “Expect Miracles” He was referring to an awakening. Something is going to happen and I think most everyone can feel it

Roe v Wade seems to be the cornerstone of the America haters. The devalue of life and religion and the emergence of the superstate is the goal.
