NEW YORK (AP) -- The city's subway riders can handle panhandlers, rats and tuneless street musicians. But eating spaghetti in a crowded subway car? Well, that's just going too far.
An Internet video that shows New Yorkers brawling over a passenger's right to nosh noodles on the subway has ignited a debate about what people should and shouldn't do in the nation's largest mass transit system.

My point was that perhap this person was carrying their dinner home with them when they may have felt bad and went a head and ate?

I have spent my fair share of time in the ER close to death from low blood sugar and I know I am not the only one in the world with this problem.You can stoke out when it gets beow 20 I can still be walking and talking at that point.People like you have no idea and by your attitude about it don’t really care much. Yes most places make allowances like that for type 1 diabetics because they need that sort of flexibilty.You’ve probably never been around a child or adult that suffers from brittle type 1,rght?

You would be to, if you had your best pair of dress slacks destroyed by a self-centered, inconsiderate rider who spilled mustard on the seat. Yellow mustard does not show up well on yellow seats, so it's fairly easy to sit on a . So, you sit on it, ride for 20 minutes before you can get off and go to the washroom and try to wash it out - but by then the wool has absorbed the stain.
$80 plus destroyed because someone is arrogant enough to insist that the rules that EVERYRONE else has to abide to, somehow are not applicable to them. Because you are sick you have decided for everyone else that great fat pigs can sling spaghetti at will on the subway and all of NY has to live with it. The person WASN”T a diabetic that just happened to have spaghetti and went into shock so he had to eat. He was an asshole who only cared about himself and said screw everybody else. Quit lying about the circumstances and quit condoning his bad behavior!

I have no idea?I will tell you that most metro lines that I have rode on I’ve made the people aware of my problem just incase I did pass out which doesn’t happen often and usually when I’ve been on them I am not alone.I do carry juicebox and crackers with me for emergencies and have never been stopped if the person in charge knows or is told generally it’s more do I need to call an ambulace reaction because 99.9% of the people in the world understand that it is an emergecy situation and that time counts.I never once said that spagetti would be bad I may just.....and maybe they did too to challenge those who are so blind to obeying that they just don’t care if someone died as long as they obeyed.Then someone said something silly about not eating in Church....hmmmm perhaps he’s never been around a brittle type 1 diabetic who ate in church?I don’t ask that the world change for me I ask that I be allowed to stay living in the world aroud me that’s all.....
