What do you think the charge of “unlawful restraint” means?
That she wanted to go to the bathroom but he said no, or that she didn’t want to be in a truck with two pimps crossing the US border?

The unlawful restraint charge in this case only applies to the actions taken by the perp after the criminals involved illegally crossed the border.

So again, for the 7th time. Can you please provide proof that the girl involved, who by the way is an illegal, was forced to cross the border or not.

“The unlawful restraint charge in this case only applies to the actions taken by the perp after the criminals involved illegally crossed the border.”

Where is there any evidence to support this?

It seems that she was unlawfully restrained AS they crossed the border.

She was held as a material witness to the crime of unlawful restraint.

So what “actions” of the perps/pimps do you say involved “unlawful restraint”?
