Where is there any evidence to support this?

It seems that she was unlawfully restrained AS they crossed the border.

She was held as a material witness to the crime of unlawful restraint.

So what “actions” of the perps/pimps do you say involved “unlawful restraint”?

The article makes it very clear that these girls were held in the US against their will. What it doesn't say is if they were forced to enter the US against their will. For all we know, they could have been lured by the perps with the promises of a "better life" and went with them willingly.

So, for the 8th time, were they forcibly brought into the US or not?
