What charge do you think would accompany said “forced to cross the border” of said 13 year old girl if not an “unlawful restraint” charge of the man forcing her to cross the border?

What do you think the charge of “unlawful restraint” means?
That she wanted to go to the bathroom but he said no, or that she didn’t want to be in a truck with two pimps crossing the US border?

The unlawful restraint charge in this case only applies to the actions taken by the perp after the criminals involved illegally crossed the border.

So again, for the 7th time. Can you please provide proof that the girl involved, who by the way is an illegal, was forced to cross the border or not.
