This emotional video will break your heart. Listen as this 16-year-old special needs student talks to Craig Rivera about what happened when he was punched by school bullies. Plus, find out what police are or arent doing to protect the teen.
As the father of a special child, I will do everything in my power to keep him out of government schools.
The kid isn’t gay so I don’t see what the problem is here. After all we know that only gay bullying is not to be tolerated. </sarc>
That, or get him out of government school.
A no morals society.
And therefore, we should figuratively castrate every male school student.
Yeah, that’s probably not a good idea. This one is up to the adults to take care of and they are dragging. A little press might whip them into shape.
Looks like the puncher is black. No crime or hate crime committed here.
No, but maybe they should be taught to protect kids like this instead of punching them.
The authorities are definitely not on the side of someone who defends himself, heck in the UK he might face charges.
Nothing complicated here. Schools are run by liberals. Liberals are notable bullies and cowards themselves. Who would expect them to do anything except sanctimoniously claim they have a no-tolerance bullying policy? Which, naturally, they will never enforce.
The police say that he can’t be charged because no blood was shed??? Wow, that is awesome law enforcement. My response to that would have been to ask the police officer who gave the answer to confirm his “interpretation” of the law for me one more time as I am about to punch you in the gut as hard as I can since it is not against the law.
Some sh*t never changes

I have no doubt the teens supended would tell you that they “were just having some fun”
The school and police should say - “you’re just doing 90 days for assult and battery.”
Sounds like dad needs to school the school board.
Anybody who would bully or pick on a handicapped kid or child is lower than the lowest piece of slime and scum on the face of the earth.
Good advice on Federal Court, but remember, the Feds are Obama Feds now, and they don’t care about white kids, disabled or not.
“Looks like the puncher is black.” Sorry to say, but that was the first thing I noticed. Are school officials intimidated because he’s black? It’s out of control.
Demand justice, and you’ll be called a racist.
I guess it doesn’t “get better” for autistic kids.
This is heartbreaking.
A nice lawsuit at the school, police, school board, and the parents of the assaulter would be suitable, I think.
