His answer was sure, just dial the we need an apology hot line...as long as the alleged atrocity happened under the GOP watch dial 1 for an immediate apoloty, other wise, at the introduction, dial 2 for no comprende response, dial three for what you say response, dial 4 for call back with a reason to blame it on Bush, Reagan or Nixon. Dial 5 for an increase in foreign aid.
