There are now many bully hotlines in existence.

NOTE FOR THE RECORD: In her Arkansas days, Hillary Clinton established the first rape hotline in that state. Yes, quite a coincidence. My guess is that, if Juanita Broaddrick had made a report, they would have hung up on her. After all, the attorney general then running for governor would never do anything like that, right?

We didn’t used to have rape hotlines in the USA. Why? Because forcible rape was a capital crime in most States. But then came the psychologists and the fraudulent Kinsey Study that was used to get sex crimes penalties reduced in all 50 States. Now we send sex criminals to worthless “treatment” programs that factually make the perps MORE violent. Good for shrinks’ paychecks though. Gotta keep those priorities straight.

I say if you can prove forcible rape or drug-induced rape you execute the perps. I’d bet that the incidence of rape would decrease. Just a guess.
