BUMP!
And I would have thought that Fox, a news network that purports to be “conservative,” would have unearthed this blatant conflict of interest on the liberal judge’s part.
Paging Rush, Beck, Hannity, Boortz, Savage et al. You are asleep in the limo.
I have had enough of rogue judges imposing their viewpoints unchecked on the masses. The house has authority over the judiciary. Time to bring charges and start impeaching judges, not only in wisconsin, but on a national level as well
Period.
Is a judge failing to recuse herself due to a clear conflict of interest actionable? Sounds like grounds for impeachment.
It's exactly at times like this when it is particularly
appropriate to remind you stupid Freepers of The Rule!
LMAO...BUSTED! The left has no shame
People, people - this is Madison. Union activism is proof of your moderateness and neutrality there.
Shocking!!!!
Not really. It is how they operate.
Impeach the bitch.

Any curious media types at the networks or in the Wisconsin media?
Maybe Sumi should have recused herself....this is a definite conflict of interest.

Jacob Sinderbrand and Josh Wise of Left Field Strategies bump fists (for some reason) as a show of solidarity for, well, you figure it out.
(my caption of pic from their website....
A lifelong political activist, Jake Sinderbrand got his start as a volunteer doorknocker, and has years of experience training both volunteers and canvassing staff. Jake graduated from Macalester College cum laude with a degree in political science, specializing in American political structures. He has developed his professional political experience serving as a lead field manager with the AFL-CIO and as data manager for the SEIU State Council through the 2008 election cycle. Jake's expertise in canvass planning and turf strategy helped these organizations to have among the most successful field operations in Minnesota.
And if they knew about it, why did they hold back on the info?
I'm getting sick of the GOP apparatus everywhere, including DC elected conservative representatives, depending on conservative talk show hosts, the consdervative blogosphere and conservative forums such as FR to do the investigations and revelations THEY and their paid staffs should be doing.
Why doesn’t the legislature just pass the law again? Seems to me it would be quicker than waiting for this to get through the courts, especially since unions may be busily inking outrageous deals in the meantime.
America's Ruling Class -- And the Perils of Revolution
The above explains a lot.
