Did I miss a Declaration of War? (vanity)

I just watched the news. US ships are firing at Libya. I was out fishing this morning, so I missed the early reports. Did we declare war on Libya? Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution grants Congress the exclusive power to declare war, so that's what happened...right?

No matter the reasoning that liberals will try to justify the US intervention into Libya, the fact remains that their cherished "once-in-a-lifetime" President Obama started a third war in Arab lands by launching a hundred million dollars worth of cruise missiles at Libyan civilians while he partied abroad with his entourage of Halliburton and "Big Oil" executives.

Well i´m not shure that you need a declaration of War to enforce a UN resolution.
Would that be the same resolution that authorized our involvement in Iraq that the Dems clearly forgot during the eight years of Bush bashing?
