Seriously? And does the reverse apply - any Libyan citizen who kills an American should be charged with first degree murder? And if that's the case, do we bother to inforce it against the person who ordered the Lockerbie bombing?
Do you consider it murder when good men do nothing to prevent the murder of someone else? Does your Pat Buchanan isolationism comfort you at night knowing that people screaming out for liberty are being slaughtered at the hands of Libyan pilots flying Soviet jets, all while you sit back and judge those siding with the most defenseless among us as 'murderers'?
