SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. -- A deputy said the strip search of a "belligerent" man after a traffic stop turned up crack cocaine in a plastic bag tucked between the mans buttocks.
The Spartanburg County deputy using speed radar on U.S. Highway 176 said that at about 3 a.m. Tuesday, a vehicle passed him going 51 mph in a 35 mph zone, according to a police report.
The officer said that he pulled over the 2006 black Nissan Altima in the vicinity of Springfield Road.
The driver was identified as 23-year-old Marvel Foster. He was the only person in the car, the deputy said.

***Deputy: Strip Search Finds Crack Between Buttocks***

It would be news if they DIDN’T find crack between the buttocks.
So what have we learned here today kids?
If you have crack in your buttocks, for God’s sake, don’t go 51 in a 35 MPH zone.

Search Finds Crack Between Buttocks.....
Another Sherlock moment in the history of detective work!
Give that Deputy an “A+” in Anatomy! Of course he is going to find a “crack” betwen buttocks. Finding drugs there is a bonus.
These must be the End Times.
Great idea--let's get them cracking. LOL! :)
Where else would it be?
If having crack between your buttocks is illegal we are all in trouble.
The United States Supreme Court recently re-wrote the law on search and seizure regarding vehicles. Now, if a police officer pulls you over for a traffic violation and then removes you from your vehicle and handcuffs you, he can not then go back into the car to search for drugs and guns (or any other evidence).
The old law gave the officers the right to always search the passenger compartment of your vehicle after the arrest in order to look for guns or drugs (or other evidence) that could be destroyed. The logic was that the officers need to protect themselves and preserve any evidence that the arrestee might destroy. In the Supreme Court case of Arizona v. Gant (April 2009), Mr. Gant had an outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended license and that his license was suspended. When he was pulled over, he exited his vehicle and was immediately placed in handcuffs and then secured in the back of the officers patrol car. The officer then went and searched Gants car and found a firearm and cocaine in the passenger compartment.
This case will be tossed or the guy may be stupid enough to plead guilty!
Marvel Foster?
