I’m not so sure about that. I don’t think they’re even in session right now. And I think I read that the AG, a dem, has to post the bill, and insisted on taking 10 days or so to do that.
Correct, it is not an easy fix. AG is a Republican. The SoS has to publish the bill. He was waiting as long as possible to do so because he knew a liberal court would issue this ruling. There are enough leftists in the courts in Wisconsin to see to it that this new law is not implemented anytime soon. They will tie it in knots until they can get a different balance in the legislature or perhaps a different governor. This fight will be going on for a very long time.
