I think it is outrageous that the perpetrator is NOT listed on the WV sex registry. I sent an email to the WCHS reporter requesting more follow up. The community will NOT be appreciating the perp paying a fine and breezing back into the neighborhood.

As an example of just how driven and out of control these freaks are, read the linked story above. I lived that nightmare. The girls in the story were my children's friends and class mates. They lived within a mile of my front door. When the sisters were abducted, search parties staffed by the Sheriff's Dept., CAP, and Boy Scouts scoured the county on foot and horse back. Despite increased vigilance and heavy law enforcement presence, these sick freaks were suddenly drawn to the area like flies. One attempted to snatch my neighbor's child from her front porch. Using binoculars, he had been conducting surveillance of potential victims from his parked car for days, undeterred by passing Sheriff's Dept. search parties. Another attempted to lure a child into opening a school house door for him, so he could snatch the child, despite a teacher's presence in the hallway.
