And how exactly does the NRC perform a “comprehensive safety review at the 104 nuclear reactors in the U.S.”?
And let’s not mention that every nuclear power plant in the US has already had a comprehensive safety review before they ever produced their first megawatt.
Unless they have suddenly found some new laws of motion I don’t see any value in reevaluating existing plants.
