Because Obama doesn’t care, as long as he’s on vacay or partying or bowing somewhere in the world. He’s not an American, why should he care about the fate of Americans abroad.
I’m upset about something at home and reading this article just made me cry. Hence my aggressive post, sorry. :)

Obama is not telling U.S. citizens to evacuate Tokyo because he knows even if they get cancer or what ever his Obama Care will take care of them. No matter what the medical problem is his plan will take care of them.
See what he means is "take care of" the U.S. citizens in the old fashion Chicago way, but with his ultra modern death panel method. That way they aren't alive long enough to complain to the media or post on the Internet.
Death is his field clearer.
