Mr. West’s point is to get back to basics. There is no point in being concerned about Obama’s eligibility for office, because he is now the president. As long as Obama is in that position, he will be protected against all questions.
However, he can be defeated on policy and needs to be defeated on policy. Once he is defeated, he will no longer enjoy the proytections and can therefore be prosecuted, if there is reason to prosecute.

Winning a war is using the right Strategy and Tactics. Destroying of Obama’s policies when defeating Obama is key if you destroy Obama on the birth issues the next rat will push the policies and America loses.
West was a soldier and he continues to think like a soldier heed his words and understand what he is saying. The goal is getting back to a Constitutional Republic, the birth issue (however valid) is a distraction that helps Obama.
