Mr. West’s point is to get back to basics. There is no point in being concerned about Obama’s eligibility for office, because he is now the president. As long as Obama is in that position, he will be protected against all questions.
However, he can be defeated on policy and needs to be defeated on policy. Once he is defeated, he will no longer enjoy the proytections and can therefore be prosecuted, if there is reason to prosecute.

If he got there by hook-n-crook and scamming the Constitution he should be jerked out of the POTUSA pronto and any dereliction of determining such is a slap in the face, so to speak, of this Nations Constitution. I don’t like the idea of crooks enjoying their loot at my expense.
