Three days after her widely-reported gaffe, Rep. Michele Bachmann explained it by essentially saying: I made a mistake, but the media's reporting of it proves bias. Bachmann highlighted moments when President Barack Obama misspoke as a candidate. In one instance, in May 2008, then-Sen. Obama said, "Over the last 15 months, we've traveled to every corner of the United States. I've now been in 57 states? I think one left to go."

The Libs are SCARED TO DEATH of her. They were before the 2010 election...when she was just some twit Congresswoman from MN having only served a few years.
I have NEVER seen such panic in the media over what is essentially a NOBODY from a far-off state.
Given that panic...I finally took a look at her, and decided that she is OUTSTANDING at upholding conservative principals...and I with her the best of luck.
Explain to the electorate that if they vote for a Democrat president, the Media will stay asleep at the wheel, or worse yet, cover up the damage Obama & the Dems are doing to the country the way they covered up "57 States", Sandy Berger, the BC, and thousands of other things.
But, if they vote for Palin, they can rest assured that if Sarah so much as jaywalks, the MSM will cover it 24/7. It's a valid and winning and understandable argument that can't be chalked up to "racism" or "the Tea Party".
I am not impressed with her mistake...I think it’s pretty minor.........but that doozie with the 57 states....excluding Hawaii and Alaska.....ROTFLMAO

I had never seen the video before, but I had assumed that Obama was just making a joke, and picked the number 57 out of the air. However, in context it appears that he meant to say 47, so it really was a gaffe.
Unfortunately, Bachmann has never denied that she got $1 million in federal subsidies for not growing something. She has never denied that she lobbied for, and voted for, increased payments. She has never denied that she tried to slip in an earmark specifically to benefit her husband’s business and her family-—at the expense of taxpayers everywhere.
She does not deny these because the factual record is clear.
Facts, however, are not an impediment to her.
The war with the media is not going very good because the media has been bought by Obama enablers such as Soros and other promoters of a new world order. This cabal has to be fought with other means to get all the facts out. The use of public billboards across the Nation can bypass the media. Fill the billboards with multiple facts, with associated questions, about the scam going on now, not just a single issue. Pose the questions for the congress and courts to address. If the past is any indication, these people in government won’t be budged from their paid for favors but at least the sunshine of truth will be seen by many millions of citizens. There is a plethora of facts that can be addressed. Perhaps a new version of ‘ Burma Shave’ postings can be done.
