I'd like to see the wider reactions if the House would
start floating a Wealth Tax on held wealth (not income);
say on any held wealth over $1 million at a 10%/year
rate. Stocks, bonds, cash, art, luxury property
boats & vacation home, life insurance, etc.

I'm not suggestion it be done. I'd just like to see the
reaction.
