Does it include a Hundred-thousand dollar payment to each citizen who turns out to be innocent? I liked it better when they listened in on Islamic Swine here speaking to people in Pakistan and other Islamic sh*th*l*s.

NO.

The lie in the system becomes obviuous if you compare to patent infringement.

Big companies steal patents from people, making millions of dollars, and that is NOT a crime. It is a CIVIL matter.

The only reason to make other forms of IP infringement a CRIME as opposed to a CIVIL matter is because you are a slimy politician who gets MONEY from the industry which BENEFITS from the CRIMINALIZATION.

IP infringement must be equal for all forms of IP, or it is an UNJUST, and UNFAIR law.

Once they start locking up the CEOs of major corporations for patent infringement, THEN it will be fair to CRIMINALIZE other forms of IP infringement.

Well Well....99% of the people on the internet are guilty of that. Every time you go to youtube and watch almost any video. This will now make you guilty of a felony, and put you under Obama’s thumb if this goes through.

Science, useful arts, limited time, authors and inventors... Science and useful arts - I can't imagine this meaning extensive copyright of music or television. Limited time certainly doesn't mean decades, the more typical lifespan back when this document was written. Authors and inventors - Must have missed where it says music and television executives in there.

Truthfully, we need to overhaul the copyright and patent laws and clear out the trash. I'm all for strict protection for a limited time, but the exchange is: If the US government protects your invention or creation, the people get it after that protection ends. It is payment for protecting that invention or creation.
