Wisconsin Democrat S of S delays publishing Walker law
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel ^ | March 14, 2011 | From The Deer Stand

Wisconsin Secretary of State Douglas LaFollette, a Democrat, is delaying publication of the bill that ends some collective bargaining for public employees and requires them to pay more into their retirement and health plans.

Gov. Scott Walker signed the legislation and wanted it to go into effect immediately. But, LaFollette, is delaying publishing the bill which officially implements it, to give unions more time to settle contracts before the bill becomes law. It is expected to be published later this month.

Does this really make any difference? Nothing is forcing the local governments to agree to a contract before the regulations come out.

Perhaps, taking a page from their Thug-in-Chief, they can simply state they don’t like the law and are going to simply ignore it.

Nothing is forcing the local governments to agree to a contract before the regulations come out.

Except for the fact that the "local governemnt" in these cases in usually the local school board, which is in the pocket of the unions. Negotiations are not happening. Only a raid.

Fleebaggers are owned by a public-service union near you!!!

Public Sector Workers' Union Dues = Democratic Campaign Contributions.

In effect, public employee unions are a mechanism by which every taxpayer is forced to fund the Democratic Party.

Conservative Americans are starting to catch on to the 'us vs. them' attitude of the unions.

Libs can't get elected in this country without the spoils. Union dues are funneled to Dems as political campaign contributions (Can you say 'kickbacks?'). Union officials fight tooth and nail against 'paycheck protection' laws that give members a choice about how their money is spent.

View these leftist union leaders as thieves in the night. They won't stop until the money stops.

Fistful of dollars
Wisconsin and the fight against the unions

In Sheboygan, WI they have apparently elected a Liberal school board that is willing to give all they can to the union. That may hold true in other areas as well. They now have a couple of extra weeks to do so.

How does the Walker bill change that? Walker has said many times the purpose of his bill is to put more power and freedom into the hands of the local school boards. Seems like these local boards can give away the goodies anytime they want. Am I missing something in the bill?

I'm wondering if that's just what they are going to do with the results of the next election.

BTW does anybody know if Lafolette is a product of Soros' SofS project?

I don’t think you’re missing a thing. One of the teachers’ union tricks is to stack the local school board with teachers, who just happen to live in the school district but teach in the neighboring one. So voting on teachers’ bennies isn’t a direct legal conflict of interest, but it’s still the same crooked game.

I belive by law he only has 10 days after signing, otherwise it becomes law automatically. Not sure of the statute though.

Arrogance, and Insubordination to the peoples wishes of the State of Wisconsin. The Democrat SOS proves here that all that counts to the Democrats is their power. The will of the people, therefore “representation” of the people don’t mean diddly squat to a Leftist Democrat.

This means as I’ve said so many times there is no such thing as negotiating with a Leftist as they will look you right in the eye, and tell you exactly what it is you WANT to hear, and then do whatever they want. The Leftist be it a Democrat, or a RINO will lie all the way to their successful screwing of America for their own goals. They aren’t interested in what YOU want.

The Leftist Democrat/RINO lied not once to get where they are at, so why should anybody think they won’t continue lying to get more? To them “Taxpayer” is spelled “S-L-A-V-E”.

THE POINT IS TO NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ALLOW A LEFTIST TO BE VOTED INTO OFFICE. Americans can learn that point just like NOT sticking ones finger into a light socket.

They are not forced to make a deal, but if the local board leans demonRAT, it provides one last chance for pay off at tax payer expense.
