The killer should’ve been executed to begin with. That being said, the threat this man is making brings no honor to the memory of his fallen son.

The gubmint failed this child and the community.The father will rectify that.

Sorry, I have to disagree. This father lives with the fact that his son was killed and desecrated in such a heinous way. I can understand him wanting to get some sort of justice for him, especially considering the fact that the animal will be released. This would not even be an issue if that were not the case. This man has all of my sympathy and I can’t say I would not feel the same way.
