The killer should’ve been executed to begin with. That being said, the threat this man is making brings no honor to the memory of his fallen son.

Why isn’t that POS murderer in for life? Oh, I forgot. Murdering a child is not important enough to the lawmakers.

In 1975, at the age of 16, Michael Woodmansee took the life of a 5-year-old named Jason Foreman . . . may be released early for good behavior I'm not sure why the fact that a pervert who enjoys murdering little boys behaves well when he's locked up without access to young children is a reason to let him out so that he will again have access to our kids. I'm also not sure why it makes sense to announce your plans if you're the father and want to solve the problem permanently after the courts have failed. The dad should wait quietly for his opportunity and then shoot, shovel, and shut up. Problem solved, and I'll bet any decent cop would put more energy into traffic violations and donuts than into solving that disappearance.

I didn't read these articles, so it may be in there, but in the interview I heard with the father he seemed understandably concerned that the guy will kill again, and feels responsible because he agreed to the plea deal when the prosecutor brought it up, never believing the guy would see the light of day. He feels if he doesn't do something, he will be responsible for what the pervert murderer does, and I can understand that, although it's not the father's fault in any way, I can understand how he feels, and why he feels he must do what he said he'd do. The fact that he went public with it says to me he is in horrible pain over the whole thing and is in shock that he could be released.
Oh, and by the way, if the murderer winds up dead, the father was with me the whole time watching tv— he couldn't have done it.

I’m thinking this should become an affirmative defense for murder. This isn’t vigilanti justice. This guy was convicted.

I'm on the father's side. i just would not take out an ad in the paper stating my intention. If necessary I would be the murdering bastard's best friend until I got a opportunity to do what I wanted to to.
It may be days, it may be weeks, and it may even be months, after he gets out, but this son of a bitch will kill and eat again.

If I could make some hardware recommendations to the father, Savage 110GXP3 3 9 PK 30 06 22in would work nicely.

If this beast were stupid enough to return to the hometown, I don’t think there would be one witness if he should happen to be gunned down in the middle of the street in the middle of town in the middle of the day..........

“Never telegraph your punch’’ says the old boxing adage. Never, ever do this. In a divorce, a business deal or whatever circumstance so serious. Never. Just have your plan, get you ducks in a row and then ‘em have it.
