Just wanted to point out that CNN's Wolf Blitzer chose to do his job tonight, reporting on the disaster in Japan, rather than attend the Gridiron Club dinner in Washington, D.C.
Barack Obama, who earlier in the day went golfing at Andrews Air Force Base, is attending the Gridiron Club dinner.
Politico has a pre-event report on the dinner.
I’m stealing that for my facebook.
The ban on Twitter posts from the dinner is especially noteworthy considering this is by order of the ‘free press.’
Please do.
Why would they ban Twitter?
Wouldn’t all the tweets from MSM basically just be kissing Baraq’s @ss?
Winning The Future?
Maybe if all those unemployed actually focused laser beams on the White Hut, 0'd take some real action.
Don’t have a source, but TV report said he was awakened with the news of the earthquake in Japan at 4am est and phoned the Japanese Prime Minister around 10am-ish.
Symbol over substance
Fixed it!
Well Wolf, somebody’s got to eat that Waguy Beef and Lobster. Jeez!

The ‘free press’ is really ticked off.
(snicker)
He probably recorded it last week, or last month. He probably does a whole month’s worth of Saturday chats at the same time. This is a man who is not serious about his job, to say the least.
obama’s job is just to be a mouthpiece for his community organizers.
More cocktail-party elites skipping their "jobs" ...

On Saturday Mr. Obama had golfed so long that he had left himself just over an hour to return to the White House and change into the required white-tie tuxedo. But he dismissed criticisms that he is spending too much time on the links. Im investing time on the golf course, he said ribbing the rhetoric of his Win the Future campaign for more money for education, infrastructure and research programs.
(Oh, stop it! My side hurts. NOT!)
It’s true, Obama didn’t mention Japan in his weekly radio address- check out the article:
