To: Secret Agent Man

Ahhhhh, thanks for the info. That’s pretty scary. How far to they go before they stop? Do they keep getting hotter? Or do they reach a certain temp and began to cool? I don’t know much of anything about nuclear power, except I’m not a fan...lol

To be honest I don’t know. They remain radioactive a long time as the half life of the fuel rods is pretty long. Remember they domed over the Chernobyl plant that went critical and nobody’s going to be going in there for a few thousand years.
