These lesser windows include March 1-7 (surrounding the new moon on the 4th), March 23-26 (bracketing the lunar south declination peak on the 25th), and from late on the 31st on into early April.”

So pretty much random predictions blanketing a significant portion of the month, and he still misses Japan. Which I’m sure he would have claimed credit for if it did fall within one of his multiple day ranges.
