The sickening gang rape of an 11-year-old girl - which may have involved up to 28 boys and men - threatens to divide a U.S. community and flare racial tension in the region.
As more shocking details emerge of the prolonged sexual assault in Cleveland, Texas, it has been revealed that all 18 suspects charged so far are African-American and the victim is Hispanic.
Police, prosecutors and defence attorneys have said more people may be linked to the assault, as the victim herself - who cannot be named because she is a minor - says that at least 20 people were involved.
Other people viewed and distributed digital still images and digital footage of the attacks taking place - captured by some of the attackers on their mobile phones - which may lead to further charges.
But one black activist has claimed that the arrests show the African-American community is being targeted in the 8,000-strong town.
Quanell X, leader of the Black Panther movement in Houston - a mere 45 miles away - told ABC News: 'Every adult male that had sex with this child should go to prison, I don't care what the colour is.

You are right about Johnson’s “great society”, it put inner city blacks on an urban plantation for fifty years. A source for big government largesse and votes for Democrats.
Johnson was a bad, bad, evil dude. As the years go by there is more and more information that has come out tying him to Kennedy’s assassination. Books by his former personal attorney and his chief mistress showing his involvment are completely ignored by the MSM.
But then...the MSM ignores anything that shows Dems in a bad light unless they can spin it.

Cleveland is a small town northeast of Houston. One story that came out of Houston radio was that the police held off on some of the arrests until the high school basketball season concluded. Not sure if it has yet. This I heard driving to work earlier this week.
My experience where I live is that the black and latina communities HATE each other. Will not coexist at the same housing project.

This crime was not committed by white people. It was committed by blacks. Your inability to acknowledge this gives evidence of the political correctness in your soul. It is time for you to examine your soul.

I am not sure it would have happened 100 years ago at all....except in the “rape” part of “rape and pillage” during war.
If it did, it was so rare as to be non-existent.
