Yesterday, House Republican Leadership allowed a bill to come to the floor of the House to expand the scope of an Obamacare program. The bill passed by a vote of 280-138—with 95 Republican votes.
The Veterinary Public Health Amendments Act (HR 525), introduced by Rep. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), would increase the number of veterinarians with public health training via federal subsidies. One of the bill’s provisions expands the Public Health Workforce Loan Repayment Program—a loan program created in Obamacare (Title V, Section 5204)—to include veterinarians in the definition of eligible public health officials.
After Obamacare was enacted, Democrats recognized that the loan program would not cover veterinarians and so they passed legislation late last year to expand its scope. According to an alert sent out by the conservative Republican Study Committee:

My suspicion is the GOP votes came from rural areas that want to attract Vets for Agriculture.. We now know how the ethanol subsidies are going to go..
I very much doubt that this was a mistake. Boehner talks a good game, but he represents business as usual.

What is so sad rush Limbaugh has a parody whereby Obama says you can choose a physician or a veterinarian for end of life decision - euthanasia, but promises not to have a cardboard box to bury the person in the backyard. This hits to close to the issue of end of life counseling and Death Panels. Can it be posted whom the 95 Republicans whom voted for this travesty.
Republican leadership in both houses wanted the HC bill to pass and will do whatever it takes to aid theit socialist buds in the democrat party to move it along. After all only one vote in each house requires a bill to be read from a to z.
