"The unions must have spent a huge amount of money on this protest."Why not? It's just public employee union dues that came out of taxpayers' pockets, as always.
That's what this is all about: keeping the cash-cow known as "taxpayers" funneling money thru Union dues to the Bosses and the DNC.

I’m not sure you are correct. I THINK this means that the STATE will no longer negotiate union contracts with unions representing state employees.
I may be wrong...
