I read earlier that they are not related.

I wonder if any of the teachers will finally notice how much money is being siphoned off from their pay checks when they have to write a check themselves to keep their job. If they notice will they care or do anything about it is the question.

Maddow just mentioned that point on being ‘budget issue’ now, let’s see where it goes.

Their first argument now is he was supposed to give 24 hours notice before the committee vote. I noticed a LOT of media present. It must have been widely known. Oh, maybe the fleebaggers missed the memo OUT OF STATE.

HotAir and Weekly Standard are reporting that, given the narrow definition of fiscal in the State code, that the conference report enacted tonight gives Walker 95 percent of his budget cuts and other fiscal improvements + the collective bargaining limitations.

So, the obvious question is.... Why the hell didn’t they do this on day 1, or day 2, or day 3, or day 4, et? Anybody have any ideas?

They should wait for the Dems to return, have the AG declare the vote void because of the 24 hr rule, call a quorum and pass the original bill.

I also heard that the payroll deductions for union dues will go away, making union members remit payment on their own. I sure hope that's correct. If it is, the unions will wither away. Hooray!

So, the obvious question is.... Why the hell didnt they do this on day 1, or day 2, or day 3, or day 4, et? Anybody have any ideas? Well I'm glad it took 3 weeks. The unions and scumocrats spent MILLIONS of dollars. The teachers pissed off the parents. The unions hired all of the professional protesters all for naught!!!
I hope this happens in all the other states maybe we can finally bankrupt the unions and then we'll have a fair shot at elections. What are the dumbocrats going to do without all the union money which is probably 80% of their campaign cash!

They don’t have to pass the original bill. See post 187-188. Walker got 95 percent of his budget with this bill.

Walker/Fitzgerald HAD to do this NOW. The standoff was killing him. I dont see where WI Dems have many options.
