Now the little girl was trying to kill the little boy. ROFL

Sometimes I just can't believe what I read on FR.

The ski resort's action against the father and lack of action against the girl tell me enough.

She was with a class. A ski instructor, who one could reasonably conclude was employed by the ski resort, was the first one on the guy to pull him off. My guess is that he, and some others, saw the incident.

Since the ski resort did not take action against the girl, it is safe to presume that the FReepers on this thread, who weren't there and didn't personally witness the event themselves but have this girl about labeled as an axe murderer, are wrong in their assessment of the girl's culpability.

Accidents are called accidents for a reason. It's really a shame that the rest of the world isn't as perfect as some FReepers are.

You’ve got a 41 year old male jumping on top of a 14 year old girl, and pummeling her on the face with his fists.

Then you have some of the loons on this thread trying to make the case that the girl is at fault here.

She’s in a beginner’s class, but at the same time she’s supposed to be a calculating daredevil trying to show off and not adhering to every nuance of skiing etiquette.

You just can’t make this stuff up.

This passes for a sound logic trail to these folks.

Just damn...
