Now the little girl was trying to kill the little boy. ROFL

Sometimes I just can't believe what I read on FR.

The ski resort's action against the father and lack of action against the girl tell me enough.

She was with a class. A ski instructor, who one could reasonably conclude was employed by the ski resort, was the first one on the guy to pull him off. My guess is that he, and some others, saw the incident.

Since the ski resort did not take action against the girl, it is safe to presume that the FReepers on this thread, who weren't there and didn't personally witness the event themselves but have this girl about labeled as an axe murderer, are wrong in their assessment of the girl's culpability.

Accidents are called accidents for a reason. It's really a shame that the rest of the world isn't as perfect as some FReepers are.

I suspect the father was under the impression the person he was tackling could have killed his son.

I’m not encouraging bizarre behavior or over-reaction.
I assume all parties involved were acting in their own interests from their own perceptions, ..doing right in their own eyes.
