I wonder if you have kids. Parents have a right to deal with threats to their children. The notion that 14 year-olds have no responsibility for their actions is a great mistake our society seems to make. I'm guessing that this "girl" wasn't charged with reckless endangerment. If it weren't for the father she would have suffered no discomfort whatever.

You are wrong!! The girl bumped into the kid because she was avoiding another skier. Instead of finding the reason his kid was hit, he immediately jumped on the girl and started pounding her. He was dead wrong. There is no excuse for what he did.

Oh, by the way, the reason the girl swerved was another skier has fallen in front of her. She was not being reckless. She swerved and the 4yr old came into her path, and she was unable to avoid him. Shr tried but could not. The little boy was not hurt, the girl was injured.
Living in The People’s Republic of New Jersey you are used to getting “ beat up” , especially by the government and Gestopo State Police . There was no threat, there was a collision between two children on a ski slope, it happens all the time ESPECIALLY on the beginner slopes where there's a higher concentration of low level skiers new to the sport. Plus the 4 year old wasn't injured..........
For the adult to hit the 14 year old girl with his fists is outrageous and uncalled for.....he got off light and was damn lucky her father wasn't on the scene or then he would have received the punishment he deserved......
