Remember back when President Bush told us that he didn't have to follow or enforce the law...

Good grief. I don't think Bush ever said he didn't have to follow or enforce the law. There is no quote. You can't produce one. What you can produce is some convoluted interpretation of what you think constitutes 'law' but I doubt you are a constitutional scholar or anything like that. I'll bet you also believe the Federal Reserve is illegal or somesuch, as well but can't explain why other than 'it's unconstitutional'

Now, here we are, reaping what has been sown for so long.

So, Bush is the reason for Obama's power grab? Ridiculous. I don't know how you draw your conclusions, but your reasoning is clouded by your BDS.

"The executive branch shall construe the provisions of H.R. 3199 that call for furnishing information to entities outside the executive branch, such as sections 106A and 119, in a manner consistent with the President's constitutional authority to supervise the unitary executive branch and to withhold information the disclosure of which could impair foreign relations, national security, the deliberative processes of the Executive, or the performance of the Executive's constitutional duties

Sound familiar?" --George W. Bush

So, Bush is the reason for Obama's power grab?

Non sequitur.

The acceptance of President Bush's actions allowed President Obama's power grab.

Your reasoning is clouded by logical fallacies.
