Gee, I would have reported the guy to the police and contacted my congressman... ya gotta rise up boy, don’t cower in the face of threat.

For an individual American worker to go against the union in the United States isn't much different than an average Mexican citizen going up against the Drug Cartels.
It will take a major action by Congress and backed by the police & courts to rein in the abuses of organized labor.
