No. I don’t see any adverse impact or disparate treatment based on her gender, age, religion or ethnicity. Did I miss something?

No. I don’t see any adverse impact or disparate treatment based on her gender, age, religion or ethnicity. Did I miss something? No discrimination, possibly wrongful termination. She's a public school employee dismissed for something that was not illegal and happened many years ago. She had no civil service protection?
