In general, the officers in the military have at least a 4 year college degree. Their ranks reflect the graduation output of the colleges. Are we going to "dumb down" the standards to shift the demographics? We've tried that in the schools already. It's an abysmal failure.

It’s going to happen because there is no organization that’s going to repulse this. That’s why the liberals advance steadily, they have a gazillion organizations pushing their agenda.
