Aloha, Hawaii...((HUGS))...any little visitors this weekend? Lots of sun?

We had a beautiful, blue sky, sunny weekend. Nights are still mid teens all week.

We've had two days of sudden storms which put a damper on any weekend plans.

Spent yesterday afternoon with my son.....during which he brought me up to speed on the local bad news. The workers at the electric company have gone on strike, rather suddenly. No one knows how this will affect the already dismal situation here

Spent most of today in touch with my family in the mainland where there's good news. My brother from Michigan is a grandpa again! A boy born on the last day of February. Also, from my Aunt Gloria, 7 calves born in Tennessee.....not to the same mother, of course, and 38 more on their way.

I'll take joy from the little things while I sit back to ponder the larger things.
