However, remember a few facts to show how wrong this condemnation is from a moral perspective. A) homosexuality does not mean the person is engaged in any kind of sex at all. Plenty of straight people are not having sex. B) G-d does not find some sins more disgusting than others. He may have one biggie, murder, but after that, the people condemning gays are no purer or “less disgusting” than anyone else. C) probably every person condemning gays, if he remembered back in his own sexual experience, would recall a time when he too followed his sexual appetites into some kind of behavior he would not be proud of. And that behavior may well appear disgusting to some.

Oh, God, how I tire of people who put words in people's mouths! Christians do not claim that "homosexuality is worse than other sins"; nor do they believe that they (Christians) "are more righteous than homosexuals".

You have gotten it backwards. Homosexuals are the one class of sinners who do not believe that their sin is a sin. Homosexuals want to be accepted as normal and do not want to be regarded as sinners. If a homosexual is "normal", and no worse than anyone else; then murderers, thieves rapists and adulterers are "normal". I have never heard a Christian say that other sins are OK, while ONLY homosexuality is wrong. It is people like you who make that assertion.

What we are saying is that homosexuality was, is and always will be a sin and an abomination before God. It is not normal even in a non-religious sense. Anyone can see that male and male (or female and female) were not meant to mate. Does this make a homosexual a "worse sinner" than anyone else? No. But it does mean that they are slaves to their "lifestyle", and no matter how un-PC it is to say so, they are openly slaves to sin while not acknowledging their sin. And it does not matter if they were born that way. Some people are born with addictive and selfish natures; and for them, life is more of a struggle than for others. I have yet to see Christians celebrate any other sin. A man does not bring his wife and his mistress to church with him. Thieves are not considered to be "created that way" (and even if they are, they are still thieves).

No, I don't have it backwards. Of course hurting innocents, like rapists and murderers, are worse than sexual sins that do not involve coercing innocents. But people who gossip, in my Bible a sin akin to murder (which I don't like because I sinfully gossip sometimes!!! But I need to accept how heinous the sin of gossip is to G-d), don't see themselves as sinning usually, nor do the people who sleep around. If you pick up someone in a bar and sleep with them, they might have been married - you might not know. Then there are thieves who do not consider themselves thieves. Lots of them. Tax evasion, borrowing from the company's till, etc. PLENTY of big sinners will call names to gays but not call themselves out. You know this.

It's because hearing about someone sticking their fingers into the company's books is not abhorrent like hearing about someone sticking his fingers into, well, I will leave this unfinished! The yuck factor makes some Christians think they are morally superior.

As a Christian, what is your dearest loving goal for these people? I ask because these are people, on this planet, who have now been told for 20 or so years that they are OK just the way they are. And so they attempt to live a gay lifestyle, with the acceptance of the masses. That is just the way things are now, due to pop culture (and the ideas in the original article above). And now you guys come along and CONDEMN CONDEMN CONDEMN, which makes them hate Christianity and turn from it.

How is that Christian? Sorry, I just don't get it. Didn't Jesus spend time with the people the haughty Jews would dismiss and despise? Don't you guys want to be like him? He did not insist they give up whoring before he gave them love.
