It may be that people aren't anything close to as dense as they were, even two years ago. The last straw that broke the camel's back in the housing market was $4.00/gallon gasoline. It's now up to about $3.60 in my neighborhood. I understand it's climbing everywhere.
Anyone who believes unemployment is dropping while gasoline keeps rising, well, as always, I have great vacation property on Europa I'm willing to part with and be real reasonable. Just call me.
