Sorry, that 2nd Amendment right is GOD GIVEN and not to be “taken” by the whim of the state. For ANY reason.

Bs, we the people remove the ability for crimals to own firearms everyday. And it has been found constitutional. We even remove the right for them to be free, guess that is a concept beyond your grasp. And in those cases where we remove their life they don’t own firearms any more either.
So do you oppose the death penalty as well?
