I listen to NPR just to see what the other side is up to.
They now have an “ad” that states that the “congress is enacting law to defund public radio. Please let your Representative know that you oppose this legislation.
Remember it only costs $1.35 a day per person to listen to all the great programing on you local station etc.etc.etc.
Now is this $1.35 for everyone in the United States or just those who listen to public radio?

Well they get $430 million from taxpayers so it’s from every one of us. The Libs sound like con artists with the “only” $1.35 a day thing.

Now is this $1.35 for everyone in the United States or just those who listen to public radio? $1.35 per person for public radio -and- public television. (whether they listen, or not) (approximately 25% - 75% split)
Like a library, public school, national park, or a road, you have to pay in your taxes whether you use it or not.
